The worst bank of gandhinagar. They didn't care for customers. Attitude of staff is too arrogant, rude and selfish. Even the Co operative banks are way better for serving cusmers. Whenever any customer have queries related banking, the answer they get from bank employee is not setisfied or they just ignore.

Staff are not able to do some banking work.

Nice and Big Bank with lot of facilities having very good infrastructure !!!! This branch can be called as headquarters. Banks are one of the most important connection between people of country and Government. I think Government and banks should focus more on reaching more people those who have not visited any bank (branch) or do not have single bank account yet. There is lot of digitalization possible in banks so in coming future banking sector has a lot of potential to grow. Financial institution should concentrate more on interest rates. Overall nice bank.

This bank is with eminent space and good infrastructure.nnThe staff is well mannered and supportive.nnYou may need a time between 15 min to 1 hr depending on the nature of the work and the rushnnGenerally 11 to 2 pm is. Considered as most busy hours here

How do i give it zero star? Or in negative?nApparently bank has 21 counters and counters for transactions are 8. Can anybody guess how many counters were operating?nThe answer is 1. Also in that the guy had lunch break of 50 mins. Official lunch break is 30 mins though. It is the worst bank in India. And all the employees are ”kam chor”
