Kalupur Com. Co. Op. Bank

Have visited branch for franking at 2:30. Branch was empty and they said no for franking. Saying 2 pm is cut off time. I have asked manager parin modi to put board and he says my staffis having lot of work so can't take up now. Though branch was completely empty. Ans telling me there are 17 branches on the road why you visited kalupur bank.. such a rude answer when you are customer of kalupur bank.. gonna close the account tomorrow.

Visited branch at 10:30 am for franking. He was said that revisit at 3:00 PM. When I revisited at 3:00 PM they said wait for while still franking is not done. I was waited till 4:30 PM. When I asked again then I got finally at 5:00 PM.nIn franking it was put one stamp on paper but for that I was west my whole day.

This bank is not a Nationalised Bank it is one of the old Sarkari mandali type of bank is very supportivenalthough I found the opening of my salary account extremely difficult as the governing body is very rigid and stubborn apart from that is bank is offering a very limited number of ATMs around the nationnand for these two reasons I have got 2 stars otherwise I would have given 5 stars this Bank is also offering loan and fixed deposit for around half or 0.75 percent more profitable as compared to the standard nationalised bank so i suggest if you are needy in those particular two arias then I suggest you visit this bank at your earliest conveniencenthank you
