Very bad and poor service. I applied for credit card and they told me you will get welcome gift along with credit card. I have not received yet. They are not trustworthy. Don't go for this bank anymore.

One of worst service of this bank..... I have applied for home loan. Sales agent has send me the copy of DD. When i went to Bank to collect the DD.. He told me one document is missing. Again i went to bank along with RR copy of seller dastavej. Now they are saying that still 3 documents are missing.nnMr Vijay Chauhan who is Branch manager of IndusInd Bank, Sector 26, Gandhinagar, who do not know the manner of talking to customer.nnWhen i told him that i will put away this matter in court. He told me that do whatever you want. I am no scaring with any court and all this.nnMy only concern is, after taking all the documents you guys have prepared the DD and now you are cheating with customer.nnDo not go here for any banking related work

Too much hidden charges from this bank i never recommended anyone to open account in this bank,They deduct any amount at any time and give any reason like is charges of 2 month previous etc..
