Actually I want to give half star not a 1 full star bez I didn’t get good service and they don’t know of her self policy about what and which document should take from customer it’s happened with me... and they taken Guarantor from balance transfer of home loan... they taken guarantor 1 st owner for document submit... when I selling my flat to another then why this bank taking 1st owner as Guarantor if they taken Guarantor for only to Sumit all flat document of flat to au bank then au bank should skip that Guarantor after getting all document... I m vry angry with au bank bez Guarantor taken bank to me this all reflected in my credit score and it’s harm to my vry good credit score of 780+ ... bez of au bank now my credit score is 760 that I don’t like... I given all flat document and now I m not owner of flat and those customer whoes taken loan from u for flat purchase of mine... skip or delet my guarantor document from bank now u don’t need me as a guarantor bez I submit all documentnIf u not skip or delet my guarantor form I will take action in bank and bank management also with from police and Adv.nYours hatefullynAkash jagtap
