This bank staff no have any responsibilties, and no have any experienced staffs here, 3 months before I submit my account closure request letter, passbook, debit cards remaining cheque leaves, she received from me, then told me now you can withdraw your remaining balance from cash counter by challan, then I asked her can you give me a acknoledgement slip, she told me I closed already your account and no need any acknowledgement, but 3 months later bank send me a message you didn't maintain the minimum balance Rs.454 will be debited on future, I goto bank asked the bank staff, they are saying your account still live, you should be pay this amount then you can close your account, I asked the staffs what about my previous request, they are saying we are not read your account closure request letter. You want pay this amount again, then you can give account closure rerequest letter.nnI did not see this kind bad bank in my life, I suggested to everyone please don't open account on here.
