The behaviour of a lady, who is a bank employee, is very rude towards the customer. Today 2/6/2021,she was siting in the withdraw/deposit counter.She was speaking in the manner to the customer as if everyone is Covid +ve. The word politeness is not there is her dictionary. She talked to me in the manner that I am illiterate, don't know how to sign. Overall she must change her attitude towards dealing with Customers.nI don't know where to complain against her, otherwise I would have lodge a complain against that particular staff of of Untited Bank of India, Sahanpur, Dasnagar.
