All sorts of banking services, forex remittance, loans for personal/business purposes, credit card, life insurance, general insurance (health/non health), mutual funds, demat accounts related services available here at one of the best rates among commercial banks.

Poor services and management, and incompetent staff. You don't get your job done unless you know someone personally.nnBanks want their customers to be digitally empowered but this branch woefully lacks propmtness in digital engagement or services. You can't issue a cheque book online. The only way they acknowledge or respond to an e-mail is when someone escalates the matter high up--I had to do that a couple of times.nnThings that take a day or two in Citibank or HDFC, take months in SBI Bhowali, e.g., linking documents online. I never even had to visit these bank branches.nnPull up your socks, SBI.nnP.S., the feedback is only for the Bhowali branch. Overall, SBI services are good. I have been using their digital services for more than 12-13 years without an issue.
