Very annoying staff... The work which can be done in 5 mins take an hour here... Most annoying amongst all is MRS. MEENAKSHI

This bank has merge in indian bank but Government i hope doing that all for public favour but you have to go again to the same old branch only of the allahabad bank. Everything is online now but this bank has no option for doing online kyc so in this carona period one has to go to the bank branch, if account is inactive. That's the poor condition of bank they never pickup the phone and helpline is worthless too. The app too has limited features.
