Staff is good.. cooperative.. the busiest bank.. Parking is there.. security guard is there.. ATM is also working.. overall it is quiet good..

Surroundings are not at all clean & i think bank staff or concerned authorities don't care about this. This is the main branch of SBI in ambala city & is crowded heavily with people daily. One can clearily see the cleanliness in the pictures i shared. Talking of the bank people & work behaviours, it has improved alot from earlier times. Nowadays there is some system of work in the bank & you don't feel that you need to wait the whole day to get the work done unlike an year ago. Staff is fine, lots of customers, SBI has improved the services alot.
