If you have enough time to spend the whole day at bank, keep banking with SBI Vellarikkund. For normal activities like deposit/withdrawal, you have to wait around 1 hour to get it completed. The staffs are not at all customer friendly and not considering the need of customers. Very pathetic experience as we have to wait for 40 min for a normal withdrawal and the Asst Manager told it will take 10 min for the same when enquired, just think of it!
