Employees are not working properly, takes too much time for small query

The employees are not helpful.Is it the State bank of India, the nationalized bank which doesn't have it's landline number to clear our little doubts/queries? Pls update your phone number so that your retired employees would not have any problem/nuisance.

The Employees are not that helpful. Worst State bank branch seen ever. I had to sent the same application (A.T.M Request) 5 times then on the 6th time my work was done.
