Well to start the building itself is a bit outdated as all government building are. But coming to the public servants there are some public servants who think they are some kind of King/queen of Dubai which is quite disturbing. And as long as work is concerned still they(Public servants) act like they are above all others who come to the bank for/in search of help. I'll just say there is poor customer service.
