They don't believe in deadline. They just want customer but they are not aware about fact that customer satisfaction is biggest thing. Way of handling customer problem is ridiculous. Their excuse for miss behave is office pressure. Just come to them if you need some torture. Proper agency to get therapy of pressure.

My friend clear his loan or they wants noc with house no or khasra numbers, they give him noc without khasra number... When we contact with branch... They do not reply properly.. They said its only depends on branch manager... i am reached their 5time at au Pakhowal branch... I nvr see their branch manager orbranch head.... Great service from au bank
