This is PRAVEEN J residing in salem,tamilnadu. Applied for mortgage business loan and the person Mr. Jothimani received by kyc and logged the file on December 2020. He spent more than three months to process the loan application and finally called declined. He got Rs.5000 as login fee and Rs. 15000 as commission and assured he will return both if file not processed further. But he is not responding now and I also suspect his manager also involved in it, because from the date of application he is not picking up my calls. I am deeply affected by your bank and your staffs.
