V. Very poor Customer service....my yono and online access is locked...no one solved the issue..went there twice and waste of time...u will be disappointed if u approach any account related queries....till now my account is locked...

Located inside JIPMER campus near Community Hall, It is so far the best SBI or any bank branch I've ever visited.nGood token system and seating arrangementnATM have cash most of the time and work properly. ATM vestibule is also equipped with cash depositing machine.nOverall a very user friendly bank.

I have been banking personally with SBI JIPMER branch for well over a decade and a half now, by far the best manged in town with very helpful and courteous staff to serve the customers. Congratulations to all the staff.
