This cafe is amazing. I order from them almost every weekend. Their food is really delicious especially the veg pizza. Their prices are reasonable. Their service and ambiance is great. I am a vegetarian and I would definitely recommend this place. You should try their cakes and pasteries as well. Overall, I am happy with my experience.

Samosas are really good, but customer service isn't that great. At least 2 different times I went and kept waiting in a line, with just 2 people ahead of me, and the line didn't move forward at all for at least 10 - 12 minutes....there was only 1 person dealing and was taking too long to process the order, and was talking as if he doesn't want to serve others in the line, I had to come back at both times. They really need to take care of their customer's and not keep them waiting. Really disappointed!

We were regular customers of hot breads, Plano for a long time. But with time their food quality and customer service deteriorated badly. First, they messed up the black forest cake which we have ordered for birthday, we all had many kinds of cakes since always, so when we looked at our cake I was completely shocked because it was simply undecorated and when we complained about it the person argued badly... Recently we ordered paneer tikka pizza and it was the worst pizza i ever had in my life, because it was simply a cheese pizza with least visible vegetables.......so save your money folks and go for better options in town

Butter scotch favored birthday cake really yummy and treat to eyes. Guest’s enjoyed and appreciated it.
