I reached the bank at 230 pm and was rather surprised to see the staff chairs empty. I enquired about the whereabouts for which the office boy replies that it is lunch hour and I need to wait till 3 pm. Accordingly I waited till 305 pm just to find one emerge out of a cabin and drag his feet to his chair and then others start trickling. Just wonder, if this is the norm? The banks banking hours are from 1030 am to 430 pm Monday through Saturday. How can all leave for lunch at the same time? Value for others time - Zero. Respect for others - Abysmal. This cannot be India's international bank by any chance. Hope one of the employees reads this and makes mends. Unfortunately, I have an account with this Bank.
