Poor customer service and the transaction if done stuck in the middle even on the Google pay mainly the sbi server don't show the balance I just don't understand is this for helping customers or creating tensions by stucking their transactions

Poor customer service and not deposit on time for example the money has been deposited at 5pm and till 8:30pm the transfer not done
