Hopeless branch with hopeless staff including the manager. Previous staff members before merging were good and responsible. Employees are negligent of their duty and will make you wait for getting small work done. Will shamelessly tell you to go to other counters despite sitting idle or to sbi point to deposit cash and avoid work. ATM remains out of service most of the time. Employee will start quarrelling if you ask them to work. I hope a strict manager takes the charge, until then expect low quality service.
