Horrible service among all other banks. Everytime the bank employees assist you with small things (like teaching how to do mobile banking, changing passwords etc) they manipulate (& provide incomplete information) and they lure and constantly keep on nagging to you to either apply for credit card or invest in insurances (even after knowing that the account holder is student & unemployed).
