Despite having modern gadgets like automatic queue slip generator, automatic passbook printer, etc. their employees weren’t upto mark. It took us a while to convince them to issue us a draft as they seemed reluctant. As they said that draft printing machine is not working.

Overcrowded branch there is always queue for everything, be it ATM or money deposit and parking there is big headache too.
