Biggest bank of India but the professionalism is absolutely zero. Most pathetic staff that denies everything you will say. Personal Accident Insurance will be activated no matter how many times you deactivate that. Will close my account very soon. Scam bank of India

I was using this bank since last 5 years. The staff was good and co-operative . But now the situation was worsened. New staff mostly comprise old people who don't work fast . And procastinate things like hell. The work as if they are doing a favour to you by getting ur work done .
