Standard Chartered Bank Gurugram Branch

Standard Chartered is like a Standard Bank in terms of all conditions. I really appreciate their services and staff.

Very bad experience with this bank every six months they closed everything like a on-line banking debit card service I visited at cyber city branch before 15 days regarding my phone banking and debit card still both are not working I'm facing so many problem without of these servicenthey gave me one week timenI have tried to tuch sc customer care service also not available I don't know what's wrong with them there no customer values how can I contact to customer care there is no right no to contact customer care

It is never recommended to open an account in standard chartered. We are associated with SC as a corporate channel but SC never value their customer even after Big fraud cases made of SC. It is totally disappointed service and action of SC staff. Totally ridiculous, we are started process to move to ICICI Bank. Never ever recommended.

I feel always comfort with SC as my experience. Staff is little irritated but still average.

Website says its open. When you reach its CLOSED. Info is not updated and it wastes customer's time
