It is the worst the branch I have ever seen in my life. Everything is mismanaged. Lack of Banking Knowledge among staffs. Horrible ambience. They are not at all cooperative. They do not behave properly with customers. I have filled a case against CBI Tufangunj branch at Banking Ombudsman for negligence in service & I won.

Considerably not so good service quality all among the existing Bank in Tufanganj. The work culture is too old and not so quick as desired in current perspective.

ATM of Central Bank of India open 7days in a week except in some unavoidable circumstances. Works good.
