Bank employees are very rude with customers. Service is very bad. Heavily crowded in peak hours from 10 am - 2 pm.

My debit card expired on 2009 but still working only issue is its not working when swiping ATM's remaking ATM's is working I asked to bank they told need to handover the card for block and apply the new card, same I have done 1month back till not yet received the card. I don't know they working for customer prospective or not even I asked in the time applying new debit card just pen they behavior is rude, go out side buy the pen and paper fill just give yo us. I am staying at Hyderabad now for the above only I travelled to jangoan. Still my new debut card not yet received... Bank team only working for salary not for customer service...
