Went to visit the Indian Bank of Burrabazaar in order to deposit some funds; the situation that was presented in front of me was just unbearable. The way the bank officers speak and operate is not only outdated but rather obsolete. Papers and files are spreader all over their desks and they are more interested in having their lunch breaks before actually helping the public. It’s more like rarely caring for the public but just coming to work to use the WiFi and relax. This is just ridiculous and a pathetic situation not only created by the people but more importantly the Bengal Government. Employees have no sense of hygiene more importantly being a National Bank at least certain standards should be maintained. I can’t even afford to rate my experience. A big ‘o’ from me.
