Visited the bank to enquire about the education loan for higher studies. Manager was very rude and arrogant. He was not at all interested in having a conversation and was replying my queries rudely. Prior to the visit, I had contacted customer care regarding the same and they were far more helpful than the manager.nI have not interacted with other employees at the branch, so I'm not sure about their service towards the customers.nCheers!

I had been the address for Chandapura form past 20 years and more they give good offers for all types loans like home loan ,gold loan, vehicle loan and others. For very less interest compared all other banks. But they delay the service of loan and making bank account.there service is ok.
