Just Ok type. But do not expect the usual class leading Axis bank's 'favour to the customer' atmosphere at this branch. At least I personally do not feel it here. Maybe the possible reason is they do not care for the small account holders. The interesting thing is when you visit them for the first time, they will have a great pampering session with you. At the end By hook or by crook they will convene you opening the Prime account or higher and say "any time you can make an upgradation / degradation by JUST filling a form with some nominal charges". In reality they will never allow you to do so. Even with prime ac, maintaing the MAB / having a FD you cant apply your desired Credit Card. ☹️
