One of the worst experiences ever... I have visited a couple of banks, and their service was good. But this bank needs to improve a lot we have to beg them to get our work done. I say do not open an account here if not are a calm minded person and do not want the hassle of staying in line and so on. Did not expect this kind of service from SBI. A nationalised and reputed name that too.. By the way I closed my account and guess what, they told there will be a charge of 570rs to close an account... wow ache din..ud83dude02
