This bank is so pathetic it is beyond anyone's wildest imagination. The staff has no respect for its patrons. The services are below average, they only boast of quality services, but when it comes to fulfilling their end of the bargain the bank fails miserably.nThe manager is also an absolute hopeless man and the the assistant manager is extremely rude and overall PATHETIC.nThis BANK is a RIDICULOUS EXCUSE.n* One star only because giving a star is mandatory on Google, it is actually worth no star.

Horrible. the bank is open from 10 - 2 now and the shutters are down till 1015. u go inside and the guy at the register is fooling around 1025 you go to the counter and the ladies ignore you. their systems are starting till 1045 and then they send u back for some stupid paperwork ..worst worst worst

They make the customers wait....and keep explaining the tasks to each other which they can do later...very unsatisfactory response....also the timings are quite weird and different from other branches....i dont dont under why sbi wants their cuatomers to go to their home branch for everything.

I wouldn't hesitate to give 2 stars to this branch as of the bank officials sheer lazy response over emails.nBelieve me, on one side we are going digital and in banking sepcially the SBI is moving in opposite direction.nThe officials in this branch won't respond you over emails and even if you call their local number, first they won't pick up the calls(god knows for what purpose their landline numbers are for).nSo even if they respond, they will provide insufficient information where you will be trapped in loops and finally as irritated, you will be forced to visit the branch.nSBI should provide the branch managers email id so at least we can keep him/her in loop and make him/her aware of the situations.nSeriously, they need behavioral trainings.
