I have made request of transfer of my wife account from belwandi branch to kharadi, Pune branch.nThe request was made in October month.nAt the time of making request there was a different guy whom I didn't saw later, I think he was the manager.nHe was helpful and also assured me the transfer in 3-4 days.nAfter that whenever I approach the bank, the bank executives are not at all formal nor helpful and that's the situation with all the bank consumers.nEverytime I have been asked to come in next week, after visiting for 2-3 times-i was asked to call before coming.nNow again I started calling on weekly basis.nI am getting same responses of next week, today again I call and the bank executive on phone said the transfer is done, so I asked them shall I bring my wife to collect the passbook and debit card.nOn this the bank executive replied that they are short of workers at bank and asking me to come after 2-3 days.nI requested him, Sir it's been more than a month, please try to provide the passbook and debit card today itself as I have taken leave from office and won't be able to take another leave.nAfter my above statement the guy from bank stopped replying and myself like a fool convincing him, after some time he disconnected the call.nAgain I made call and when the bank person got to know that it's me again .... again he stopped replying and disconnected the call.nThis is the worst experience I have gone through in my life and haven't seen such kind of staff, really regret on my decision of transferring the account at kharadi branch.nRequest you to please provide me with the procedure of closure of the account, as I have suffered a lot during the transfer procedure and don't find this branch suitable for future communications.

one of the worst service getting from staff member mr mishra....he denay to tell account balance because of account with another branch but I can transfer it kharadi branch....

Not so great bank service but overall a nice bank with some secure features.
