NRI service is very bad. They do not respond to email queries/requests. Calling on phone is further difficulty due to 6-12 hours time zone difference, and many times they do not respond to phone call. Overall, very bad experience.

Please do not use their CDM. Instead deposit cash in bank itself. I had deposited 49k in CDM and it got stuck. It showed me time out error. When complained they asked me to fill complain form. As per the guy, it was 5th complain about CDM machine on that day. I asked him why don't you put notice there..do not use this machine?nThat person laughed n said what notice n all. I haven't yet got the money. It's been a one day. Imagine if a customer have an emergency, what would happen?
