Excellent service received through e-mail and not required to visit the branch. Others too should try if you are precise in your query you may get quick service online wherever possible.

Telephonic enquiries are not attending by your branches. I think you are forcing people to gather in bank in such pandemic situation. Whereas Mr. Prime Minister is addressing and requesting citizens to stay at home.

Do not ever think of opening any account in this branch. I have a PPF account. Frustrating service every time. The staff is very pathetic, take ages to update passbook. I cannot close my PPF account, so have no options. Try to stay away from this branch. Not even worth of 1 star. People are bearing the service just because this is a government bank.

Not good service, employees don't respond properly. Need lots of time to open just saving account. Don't think to open account here.....
