One of the worst ever customer service provider in India. I think they should close their service system as it's no use for them and for us. First their phone number which mention in website never work at all. Every time I call either it's switch off or not working. Instead of helping customer issue they fraud to customer and wait them for hour to solve issue and also no guarantee if issue will be solve or not. SBI now become one of the worst lender in India. I recommend everybody that don't ever use SBI credit card as they are modern money looter in India. Shame on SBI....Go to hell...

Very bad service, full time pass staff no care to customers. Passed over one & half hours for card application cancellation.
