This SBI branch located at prime location could have served customers better. Unfortunately the staff do not have relevant answers to customer's queries which delays the bank work. The place is mostly crowed due to improper guidance given.

Doesn't cooperate with you, consumes too much time, even the branch manager doesn't cooperate, talks disrespectfully. I'd rather say to prefer any other branch or may be even the bank.
