I had a very bad experience about customer services of sbi bavdhan branch no 13280. We are senior citizens and got our acs transferred form udaipur rajasthan to this branch.we have submitted all REQUIRED papers on 27.09.2019for change of address ;new ATM CARD REQUEST AND ISSUANCE OF CHEQUE BOOKS IN OUR TWO ACS BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE UP TO 15.10.2019.ALSO LODGED COMPLAINTS ON TOLL FREE NUMBER AND MET BRANCH MANAGER MRS PURNIMA MATHUR WHO ALSO BEHAVED VERY RUDELY. HOW THE LARGEST PUBLIC SECTOR BANK SBI IS WITH SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Cheaters ... on the name of lowest interest rate. Had a pathetic experience. Don't want to name and shame the person, but if required will do that also.nn8.65% was the home loan interest rate offered, but when I sat on the table on the final day after paying so many hidden charges, was shocked to see final calculation was done using 9.05% interest rate. And I had no option but to agree to that since so many other charges were already paid and time and energy was wasted. Also, the time bomb was ticking with the builder. So, I was left with no option. These buggers don't give anything in writting at the time of discussion. And ask you for cash for various fees, so that goes in their pocket.nnIf anyone from SBI Sr. Mgmt reads this and serious to know whats going inside, then contact me ...nnLooters on the name of State Bank of INDIA ...
