Worst experience I never seen such a rude behavior staff. The staff especially cash officer and service manager never obey the chief manager's order. If you go with any financial problem this sbi Golibar maidan gives extra problem by lengthening the procedure about week or month if have proper documents also. No one will give suggestion book it will be under don't know whose custody. Please change the staff and make the branch in customer's certified. Thank you.

Worst experience. Time consuming process for every single thingnU have to spend whole day ( and then too it wont complete) in the bank to close your account while in other banks it just takes 5 minutes to do sonIn this bank u have to wait for the manager to come , i was waiting for him/her till 2 :15 and no one was there....nThey should close their bank
