Pathetic service by the customer relation officer. I submitted the EBLR conversion application 1 month back but just becoz of one female employee (customer relation officer) is on leave and after 1 month also she is not in the office. Really pathetic service by this bank. And SBI is very consistent in this type of service.

Worst experience with Wakdewadi branch !! Terrible experience for housing loan A/C, it is metro branch and manager is not updated about regular sbi guidline and she keep responding any incorrect justifications. if you wish to take home loan from Sbi only then prefer Nal stop branch instead of this.

Very very bad service. The branch is big, so many employees are there but no one is there to help you. when they see you are doing mistake they will not correct you instantly, they will make you wait in line and then when you're number comes they will tell your mistake. not all mistakes at the same time. Other mistake will be told when you again come after waiting in line for so much of time . They are not helpful at all.nIt is very nice place to waste your time and they don't take charges to waste your time.nIf you want to waste your time then it is the best place. Very constricted parking is there. I am totally unsatisfied with the service they provide.
