Just one star, actually I was searching for even lesser than that and since that is not available in the options, I was forced to give them these higher grades according to their services. Pathetic behavior of the staff, no one is knowing anything. They discuss and shuttle the customer for smallest things even to the other table. You ask them for cheque deposit slip, the staff will guide you towards the security guard and lo and behold the security guard knows more about banking than the staff, he will guide you better than the staff, shamelessly. Even the branch head confirms things from his fellow staff before uttering anything.
