Poor Service. No customer service. Staff on the counters are very rude. Very lazy staff. Not helpful at all. When i asked about serving the customers instead of chatting, sending customers to such counters where there is no staff . People working got angry. Infrastructure is very poor. AC are faulty.nBehavior of staff is rude, likely they are doing all for us on mercy, and not getting salary for that.nnIt Better to have a account with private bank

Being a main branch of SBI in Jalandhar cantt you'll find so much rush here. It'll take you 1-2 hours to do your work here.nI'll not suggest you to come here in the starting of month as there'll even more rush.nOther than that the staff is good and infrastructure is also good.
