Worst experience ever. They said they can’t open an account because they have load of work to do. “Excuse me you are there to do work. Don’t give me such bloody excuses.” They have mentioned the lunch time on one of the front counters which is 2:15 pm to 2:45 pm and i showed the lady that its 2 pm, she said everyone is taking lunch break so do i. Come after lunch time. Oh c’mon you employees are not doing your duties right and not even following your own rules. Freaking someone is explaining his situation that there is an urgency and they not even bothering and one of the staff member was the rudest and the loudest amongst all who kept complaining he has pending work and blah blah and end up taking break 15 minutes early that is 2 pm and said the customers to come again after 2:45 pm. “UNFAIR”
