At this branch (probably happens at others too) I have seen the employees talking to one another more often than working :P I mean it is important to have a conversation-but you guys shouldn't be investing most of the times in irrelevant conversation... I have heard people talking about other people etc. Get to work guys, everyone else have work too. Plus, don't ask personal questions that aren't supposed to be answered for any business related matter.

Why have you given phone number if you are not going to pick up and answer the call?nFor a little enquiry one has to personally visit your branch.

This has been by branch from 2007. all though they are very occupied and have high work load. but still they manage to get your query solved in time. they are deal with customer very well because most of there customers are professors university employees or students. So, when ever you will visit this branch they will guide you where, when and what form to fill in order to do you banking. specially, they have new youth staff which are very helpful. they are aware of online procedures and know need of the hour.

Most inefficient branch. Whenever you visit or call them in emergency, they are unable to understand the problem of a customer and try to delay the job which can be done in 2 minutes. Worst case, they will put the landline on hold for hours and hours.
