Good establishment and nice use of computerisation there. But can be full of rush many of the times, so be ready to spent lot of time here.

I live in England , my father sent me money on 17 June , it’s more then 8 days now , still haven’t got any money , today they called my father and asked him his passport after two weeks , and said tht there is some inquire about fund , my dad haven’t got passport and he showed them income tax , proof of income and adhar card already on 17 June , staff look like untrained about Internatinal transfer ,very rude staff , they don’t reply satisfies ans , they make u feel like it’s all ur fault . They don’t do investigate on their part , as a customer I feel like useless where to contact whom I complain about money , I will never ever use them in future, very disappointed

Most of the reviews are for SBOP not for SBOI. For NRIs bank has very poor service. We r depend on online banking only. The Mall road branch (patiala) employees may be never use the computer or they don't know how to operate.
