Bank staff not cooperative and do not answer to our queries or clarifications properly. The official land-line number doesn't work ever and the staff do not answer our calls on their personal num. I have been following up on my home home interest queris n even after multiple calls, emails there is still no response from th bank,. Private bank are way better than these govt sector banks.
