Bank in terms of infrastructure is too good but in terms of services is worst. I lost my money is CDM and immediately registered complaint but lady staff was behaving rudely telling me that it's third case since morning as if it's my fault for them not putting any warning sign on ATM machine disfunction and was yelling at me. I told her there is no sign mentioned on their CDM and her colleague agreed to me and she was quite. Later I was informed it takes 48hrs to generate complaints. I've been visiting every day and they are not responding properly and stating random reasons and I was also not allowed to meet branch manager as all ways were blocked due to social distancing maybe. This has been routine for about a week. After 8 days I firmly told them to let me meet manager after that one of the staff admitted he lost the complaint letter and asked me to reapply. Later, that day my cash was deposited back in account. So my sincere advice be really careful with your transactions as their grievance section sucks. Irony is SBI Gunfoundary,ABIDS branch is center for all grievance in Telangana they themselves cannot help if some fraud happens. So be extra careful!

Worst ,lunch hour is not hour ,just make customer wait till they want to ,rude attitude no one ready to help.

This branch AGM is very good.prompt service, particularly RMSE, relationship manager is very helping and kind enough towards costemers.

Very good for the city for banking needs. The customer friendly staff and the state of services are excellent. Worth maintaining relations. Originally the State Bank of Hyderabad head office this unit under SBI is rendering top class hospitality along with other main centers in the city.
