I tried calling RACPC and it says "services to this number are temporarily withdrawn". Due to covid I am out of station otherwise would have gone there personally.

This is a hopeless bank. They don't respond to mails and phone nobody recieves calls. SBI is a government job. Be careful with a person called sunil gandhi.he is very rude. He does not have minimum courtesy to ask customer to sit. He wants people to take appointment and come. SBI is a hopeless bank.

No one lifts the phone.Difficult to reach them thro phone and also no response to email. Hope they(RACPC) too have SLAs for email responses.No response even for the email sent on 4th april to till date 27th Apr

They are not reachable at any cost over phone, if they are benefited they call us 'N' no of times, for our work they are not reachable, at least in this covid-19 season they can start some extra services online.
