Worst assistance to customers work process is very slow and they talk very rudely to customer specially attender who is in white shirt talk very rudely to customers , and manager won't reply to queries properly .

Worst experience in this branch mainly the person who gives all d forms... don't have any patience to talk with customers.....they don't let anyone to use Mobile , this is the first time I'm seeing in SBI bank that customer shouldn't use Mobile inside the bank......tre are no staff here....
