I was found a teared note of rs 500 from its ATM, I want to change that so I came here, the guard outside the bank, not allowed me to enter in bank. He said this note would not be changed here you must go the head office. In this period of Lockdown how can anybody go there. The guard is whole and sole of SBI , he himself treated as manager and he would decide all the things.

I will give 0 star all branches of SBI because these days SBI have a lot of customers so their staff's behaviors is very bad. SBI bound to take some services. According to RBI rules they are offering insurance of 500 rupees but there is same scheme available in 100 rupees and this is not compulsory but they do.
