Thanks axisnank.I m Happy to b a customer of axis bank.actually i issued a cheque to Hdfc insurance company .n forgot my signature n by mistake i signed any other bank signature.then i received a msg that your signature is mismatch.if u want to clear your cheque so send sms pass cheque.so really very happy to see that they cleared my payment. Again thanks to see this type of service.

Just visited 10 mins before for three reasons because I have salary account in this branch:n1 Diposting 31k rsn2 Reapply for loss debit cardn3 Equery for a business current accountnn1 Machine was working fine and it did work without any iasue. So no complaintsn2 desk staff will let you know to go here and there desks and even they can't greet you well. In my opinion they are not trained well or they think they are working in govt bank due to poor managementn3 when they were not able to solve my 2nd problem then why the hell I should open a business acount with this bank.nnI like ICIC bank cause even you are standing alone in there premises, a staf member will come and ask you for help and take you to the right place.nnThanks

The executives make unsolicited calls to sell the products, they promise something then back out. The behave like Beggars, go on begging, so as make accept the product they want to sell.

I visited branch after long time to open PPF account but it is not yet opened even after 2 months. The officer concerned never respond to phone calls neither responds to SMS sent. I have been customer of Axis bank almost two decades, the staff friendly and helpful but that is totally missing, at least at this branch

Maha bakwas bank, have never seen this kind of bank and bankers in my entire life.. If you want to talk to them then you should have enough balance in your bank account and phone account.. CC service is charable. Perfect in stolen money from customer accounts saying that consolidated charges applicable on your account..
