Staff are responsible for a small reason one has to run to the bank for many times

The bank is least interested if anyone lives far from the city , he does whatever its in their time and ideology.I am very upset with the scene and the mess they have created for giving me the credential as i have lost my password and mobile.I have to change my salary account since then and have to close other of my payments.At the last you are only in loss.But since i had a belief in government, so i didn't thought to deactivate my sbi account in a belief some day they can start my internet and mobile banking.nnSad to know that other branches where my friends are employed does the same thing in a single day.You just took 4 years and still continued .I belief here you take the salary and leave on time and having a proper lunch hours without taking into the considerations of our problem as a major thing.

Bank staff not interested in giving the correct information, they just come to sit and spend their working hours for the end of month salary. Not good customer service
